Reach out to your dedicated account executive via email with product selections, quantities, delivery information and any unique order requests. They will help guide you through the ordering process and ensure your virtual event is a success!

+ what forms of payment are accepted?

Credit Card, Check or ACH.

+ What is the delivery lead time?

All product delivers within 5-10 days. We recommend placing your order 2-3 weeks ahead of your event to ensure on-time fulfillment to all attendees.

+ Can I ship to an address outside the US?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship perishable items to addresses outside the US.

+ How do I track my order?

Upon order placement, you will recieve an email confirmation with your order number, shipping ETA and instructions for tracking order status. You can also reach out to your acccount executive with any order related questions.

+ Can I ship to multiple addresses on a single order?

Yes! We can consolidate recipients into a single order for easy and convenient processing. Just reach out to your dedicated account executive with order details.

+ Can I modify or customize my gift order?

Since most of our gift crates are made to order, we can often accomodate special requests. Ask your account executive for more information.
